Refund and Returns Policy


  • Every care is taken when packing your order for delivery. If for some reason your purchase is damaged in transit we will offer you a full refund or replacement provided you send us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging within 48 hours of you receiving them.
  • Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong fragrance.
  • All claims MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of order.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. The cost of returning the item to Oscar + Rosie Candles is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth) and Sale of Goods Act 1958 (Vic). No part of these terms of use is to be taken as an express or implied repudiation of our obligations under these pieces of legislation.


  • In the unfortunate event that any of our items arrive damaged, please email with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. There is no need to return the damaged items.


  • For gift card returns, a receipt demonstrating the proof of purchase is required. Kindly email this receipt to along with your order number.


  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please be aware that banks may have a processing time before authorizing the refund.


  • Refunds are applicable only to regular priced items; sale items are non-refundable.
