Shipping Costs:
- Standard Shipping Australia-Wide:
- Orders OVER $150: FREE
- Orders UNDER $150 - $9.95
- Express Shipping Australia-Wide: $14.95
- Free Local Pickup available from the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria.
Dispatch Time:
- Due to the high volume of orders, it may take up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched from the OSCAR + ROSIE warehouse. Please be patient, as most of our products are handmade, and many are made to order.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse on the Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria.
- We recommend allowing 10–14 working days for the final delivery.

Delivery Times:
- Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location in Australia. You can get a more precise estimate by visiting the Australia Post website and entering '3222' Curlewis in the 'From' field.
- To expedite your shipping, we suggest selecting the Express shipping option at checkout, which usually takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.
Local Pickup:
- You can avoid shipping fees by choosing free local pickup from Curlewis on the Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared for pickup within 7 business days. We'll notify you via email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.
Pre-Orders:
- If your item is on pre-order, it will be dispatched once it becomes available. Estimated delivery timeframes can be found on the product page of the item you've selected.
- Orders containing multiple items, including one or more pre-orders, will be shipped together once the pre-order item(s) are ready for dispatch. If you wish to have items sent separately, please contact us at sales@orsoycandles.com.
- Please note that pre-order time frames are estimates and may change. If you have a specific date in mind for your pre-order item, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Shipping Protection:
- We highly recommend adding SHIPPING PROTECTION to your order for $1.95. This provides coverage for loss, theft, or damage to your goods within 30 days. If you have shipping protection, we will issue a replacement in the unlikely event that your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Without shipping protection, we are not responsible for your parcel.
Tracking:
- All orders are sent via courier or Australia Post. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped. Look for an email from us with your tracking information.
